I have to change my plan with Sprint after the activation of a HTC Touch I bought on eBay?

my dad and my sister both have instincts and data plans and I have my humble Samsung M300 and I have unlimited internet because I am linked to his plans. im wondering if I should change my plan or anything after getting a HTC Touch (not the diamonds). I offer unlimited internet, so I see no reason for a change of plan, but Im not sure.

If you have Sprint and then everything we do is transfer the phones. the only reason you would have to change plans if you want something in the new phone has not yet taken into the other did say that if you have text in his old but hopes that his new would then have to adjust your plan.
